PROMOTER

1.      The competition “Win A Match Day Experience” is conducted by Westpoint Autos

2.      QLD Pty Ltd (“Promotor”) trading as Westpoint Autos, ABN 21 860 305 056, 440 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly QLD 4068.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND ELIGIBILTY

3.      The competition is only applicable to Australian residents over the age of 18 years of age who are residents of Australia at the time the competition is drawn. The winner may be asked to produce an Australian Driving Licence as proof of residency. 

4.      Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

5.      Entries, information of the prize and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

6.      The promotion commences on 05 February 2024 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) on 7 February 2024. The competition will be drawn at 11.00am (AEST) on Thursday, 8 February 2024 at Westpoint Autos, 440 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly QLD 4068.

7.      There will be one (1) prize winner in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE

8.      One (1) prize with the following inclusions:

a.      Four (4) x General Admission Tickets

9.      Following conditions apply to the above-mentioned prize:

a.      Winner must be over 18 years of age.

b.      Four (4) x General Admission tickets will be supplied by Westpoint Autos via email.

10.   The prize in non-transferable.

11.   Westpoint Autos QLD Pty Ltd is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any variation in prize.

12.   The Prize must be taken as offered by Westpoint Autos QLD Pty Ltd and cannot be varied. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other prize or transferable to any other person.

13.   Westpoint Autos is not responsible for any costs incurred by winner in taking their Prize. The winner is responsible for all additional costs and arrangements associated with collecting and using their prize.

ENTRY

14.   Entrants are to successfully complete all conditions of entry, including liking the Westpoint Autos Facebook page, sharing the competition post on their own social media channel/s, and tagging four (4) others. Westpoint Autos retains the right to determine whether Entrants have completed all conditions of entry to a satisfactory manner.

15.   The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries.

16.   Westpoint Autos QLD Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility or accept any liability for any lost, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries.

17.   Westpoint Autos QLD Pty Ltd may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, prohibit further participation in this promotion by and/or refuse to award any prize to any person who:

a.      tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the entries.

b.      acts in violation of these conditions or in breach of law,

c.      acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or

d.      acts in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of Westpoint Autos QLD Pty Ltd.

WINNER ANNOUCEMENT AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

18.   The winner will be notified on 16 January by social media, via a message sent to the profile of used by the entrant. Winner may also be published on westpointautos.com.au website and social media pages.

REDRAW

19.   If the winner is unable to be contacted within 1 days of the draw, a redraw will occur.

GENERAL

20.   All entries are the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

21.   If for any reason this promotion is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoters’ opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in their sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.

22.   The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The Promoter make no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as a prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or their employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winners and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
